Cancellation Policy

Jacobs Ladder Visuals Company Policy At Jacobs Ladder Visuals, we are committed to providing exceptional service and capturing your special moments. To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team, we have established the following policies regarding appointments, rescheduling, payments, and more. **Timeliness is crucial for a successful shoot.** Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for unforeseen circumstances. However, if a client is late beyond this grace period, a late fee of **$50 per minute** will be applied. Should a client arrive **30 minutes late** or more, we regret to inform them that they will be charged the full amount for the service, with no service provided and **no refund issued**. It is important for clients to plan accordingly to avoid these charges. In the event of illness, severe winter weather, or acts of God, clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment. To accommodate this, we kindly ask that all rescheduling requests be communicated to us **at least 72 hours** prior to the originally scheduled appointment. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other clients effectively. All deposits made to secure a booking are **non-refundable**. Clients must understand that full payment for services is required **upfront** to confirm their appointment. However, if Jacobs Ladder Visuals is unable to perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly refund the client’s retainer. Jacobs Ladder Visuals reserves the right to use any images or videos captured during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website and social media platforms. We believe that showcasing our work helps us grow as a company and serve future clients better. When it comes to editing, each client is entitled to **two free revisions** of their edits. We want to ensure that our clients are happy with the final product. However, any additional revisions requested beyond these two will incur a fee of **$250** per revision. All images and videos delivered to clients will be sent via watermark-protected files to ensure our work is safeguarded. Clients should be aware that any unwatermarked images or videos will be deleted within **30 days** of delivery, so we encourage timely downloads to preserve their memories. Lastly, it is essential to note that Jacobs Ladder Visuals is not responsible for any damage
