Event coverage is easier to plan when the videographer knows exactly what matters before guests arrive. Start by identifying the moments that cannot be recreated: speakers, awards, performances, introductions, group activities, important guests and branded details. Decide whether you need photography, video or both. If both are important, clarify whether one person can realistically capture the schedule or whether the event needs additional coverage.
